I'm thinking the power tools cut the time required to build your house in half... compared to what it would have taken in the old days.

I think Roy should have a name. Help comes in many forms. Where would a project be without the organizer, supervisor, or finger-pointer? A cheerleader/encourager is very important for morale & overall productivity. I bet Roy served you in one of these capacities. Maybe comic-relief at the very least. Also, I am always available for any of the above positions. :)
